ENROLLMENT & GENERAL INFORMATION

Where is TTH located?

We’re located on Jalan U-Thant, off Jalan Tun Razak, just behind the US Embassy.

Is TTH registered under the Malaysian Ministry of Education?

Our kindergarten (Tadika)for children 4 to 6 years, is registered under The Malaysian Ministry of Education(MOE), while our child care for children under 4 years is registered with the Department of Social Welfare or Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM).

SETTING OF APPOINTMENT FOR VISIT

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes, you may call or email us to set an appointment to visit. Our visiting hours are from 10 am - 11:30 am and 2 pm - 3:30 pm. Email: info@treetophouse.edu.my Tel: +603 2141 2941

Do I need to bring my child for the visit?

Yes, it would be good if your child sees the school too. However if your child is unwell, kindly keep your child home or postpone your appointment.

Is there parking in the school?

Yes, there is parking on the premises. There is a security on ground who will be readily available if you require assistance.

Do I need to register at the guard house?

Yes, the guard will require your personal ID, either your passport or any identity card to note down your particulars. It will be returned to you immediately. The guard will guide you through this. He will then lead you to the main entrance where you will be greeted by the Administrator or the School Manager.

ENQUIRY ON REGISTRATION & FEES

What are your fees like?

The fees depend on the programme you sign up for. Currently we offer 3 programmes to suit your’s and your child's timing:- Morning Programme is from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Todd, PS1 & PS2) Morning Programme is from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm (K1 & K2) Half Day Programme (English) ends at 3:00 pm Full Day Programme ends at 6:30 pm (go though fee structure with the parent)

How frequently do I need to pay the fees?

Our term fees are payable every 4 months which is termly. You will be billed and invoice before the end of each term.

What are your terms like?

Having 3 terms in a year, each term consists of 4 months. Term 1 is from January to April. Term 2 is from May - August. Term 3 is from September to December.

I have 2 (or more) children I plan to sign up. Is there any discount on the fees?

Yes, the younger siblings gain a 5% discount on the term fees as long as the older sibling is in any of the Tree Top group of schools.

What is ‘Apparatus fees’?

Apparatus fees include all the learning materials used for your child’s learning in class. Everything such as work books, reading books, stationary, montessori materials, art & crafts and everything else needed to aid your child’s learning comes under this 1 time fee.

We are on holiday in Malaysia & want my child to attend school. Do you take 1 month enrollments?

Minimum enrollment is 4 months. Classified as ‘Short Term Enrollment’.

CLASSROOM AND TEACHER INFORMATION

What is the teacher student ratio within the class?

The ratio depends on the age group. Toddlers - 1:4 Preschool 1 (PS 1) - 1:6 Preschool 2 (PS 2) - 1:8 Kindergarten 1 (K1) - 1:10 Kindergarten 2 (K2) - 1:12

What are your teacher's nationalities and do they speak English?

Our teachers are all Malaysian’s. We have a good balance of Malays, Chinese and Indians and a small group of other minority groups in Malaysia. All our teachers speak English fluently.
