Mandarin-Speaking Administrator
We are looking for a Mandarin-Speaking Administrator to support the daily operations of both TTIS and TTH. The role involves handling parent and student enquiries, admissions and enrolment, maintaining student records, coordinating schedules and events, and providing general administrative and staff support.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and multitasking skills, good written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. Previous experience in administration, education or a related field is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, friendly, professional and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well with staff, students and parents.
